This place is nicely kept, has a great location in a beautiful garden, and the rooms come with balconies.

The location is near other beautiful attractions in China for over 20 years. The room is huge and fantastic with a balcony. The breakfast is plentiful and amazing with a great selection of meals.

We had a very pleasant stay at Shangri-La in Hangzhou. The location right by the lake front was perfect, and we enjoyed the stunning views. The Horizon Lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the room was clean and well-equipped. Although the hotel could benefit from some renovation, the outstanding view of the lake made up for it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and excellent service.

Small bathroom, leaking shower door, blocked shower drain, old furniture and finish, no furniture style (room looks like furniture showroom with many desk designs, 4 mirror frame designs, 4 lamp models, confused mixed of furniture and wood colors, etc) Hotel and rooms look very old

Great location near a beautiful lake. Easy access to boats, bicycles, and buses.

The hotel facilities in one of the buildings were very old.

The room is large and with very fast internet and cable channels. The stuff are lovely friendly and the location is marvellous and awesome to the fitness center using his gulf car. The place to have dinner a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel is Jin Sha, greatly enjoyed this place.

I stayed at Shangri-La for the Impressions of West Lake Show. The location was perfect, near the beginning of Su Di and Bai Di, the most beautiful roads to cross the lake. The staff allowed for an early check-in and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel grounds had peacocks and a sandpit, which was great for children. Highly recommend renting a shared bicycle for a pleasant experience exploring Hangzhou's scenery spots without the hassle of taxis or buses.

Efficient staff, nice views of the lake, everything is well-maintained. The room is extremely pleasant with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The service is great with free parking available and nice meals. Thank you for a REALLY NICE stay.

This was my second time staying here and I must say, the value for money was excellent. The room was spacious, with a great selection of English language cable channels and fast wifi. The location, just across the road from the lake, was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, catering to both children and adults. a fantastic experience and I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.
